• International: 10–21 business days (customs delays possible)
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds
Each item is crafted with care and inspected prior to shipping. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@chryzandco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
